The registration form contains four sections:
- Conference Registration Fee - Print the Registration Form on the brochure and mail with your payment. Tickets will be mailed back to you.
- Optional Box Lunch - Let us know if you will be eating lunch with us and designate your entree choice
- Commemorative Products - If you wish to pre-order commemorative products, please complete that section of the form and include payment for the products with your registration fee. Your product order will be ready for you the day of the conference.
- Conference Donation - The Catholic Women of Faith Conference is 100% self-supporting. Show your support by becoming a Conference Donator.
